How Orders Are Placed

Orders are placed directly with ADCO Arms by phone at 781-935-1799. We confirm your fitment, availability, and total — including shipping — before your order is finalized.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping is $4.95 for 1–2 items, $9.95 for 3–4 items, and free on orders of 5 or more.
• Orders ship First Class Mail; larger orders may ship Priority Mail.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. We currently ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your Super Thumb. Our return policy:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, and there is no restocking fee.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.
• Used items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Please have your order details ready.

Fitment Reminder

Super Thumb loaders are model-specific. Please confirm the correct fit with the Model Finder or by calling us before ordering to avoid an unnecessary return.
